an okay stay
friendly staff hourly shuttle slow internet small bathroom
the hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful! they provide a shuttle to the haram every hour, all day. they even called to ensure i was comfortable.
The internet was not good. It had less than 2mbps, and it sometimes didn't connect at all. the bathroom design is also quite weird and small. It could be better.

I was pleased with the readily available shuttle service to the Haram. The routine shuttle ensured easy access! The breakfast had a great variety of options. I certainly enjoyed the selection. I found the staff to be friendly and flexible to my requests.
I found that the isolation in the rooms was pretty bad, I could hear everything happening in the room next to mine. The water was cold some nights, even when I tried to set it to warm! The prayer hall had an unsuitable appearance.

I appreciated the continuous availability of buses to the parking near the Haram. Free car parking was a significant convenience for me. The cleanliness was superb, and I found the staff very helpful and respectful.
